Communication was non existent unless we got in touch first. That includes when we were clearly not going to make the initial date for exchange. Only thing they managed to do without us telling them to was putting their final bill into our solicitor....Read more

22nd Apr 2025 (27 days ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe.After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe!They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards.They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!...Read more
