NINJA GAIDEN 4 launches October 21

Anticipated sequel gets a release date.

NINJA GAIDEN 4 will launch forPlayStation 5,Xbox Series, andPC viaSteam andMicrosoft Store on October 21 for $69.99, publisherXbox Game Studios and developersTeam NINJA andPlatinumGames announced. It will also be available via Game Pass.

A Deluxe Edition will also be available for $89.99, which includes the following content:

Future gameplay content
Traditional Dark Blue and Legendary Black Falcon Ryu skins
Blade of the Archfiend Ryu weapon skin
Divine Chimera and RavenMaster Yakumo skins
Divine Chimera Yakumo weapon set

Pre-orders for either edition include the “Dark Dragon Descendant Yakumo Skin” at launch.

AnAncient Enemy Returns

Xbox Wire has also published an interview with PlatinumGames producer and director Yuji Nakao, who shares more about the thought process behind Yakumo, the modernization of the series, and his hopes to reenergize the action genre.
