Forum:Why do unit reload on ships with expended moves

If I am attempt to unload a unit off a ship that has expended it's moves and load it onto a ship that still has moves it seems the units load into the last ship moved into the city. Is there a better way than moving the ship in and out to put it first in line to be loaded?

Load unit on a specific transport

There is no way I know of to specify which transport (trireme, caravel, frigate, etc...) a unit should be loaded on, if there are multiple transports in a city.---The Hobbit
