Mailing a Letter
Inmates can send and receive only postcards (with the exception of legal mail). Postcards are available for purchase on the inmate store.
You should address the postcards as such:

Emailing
Inmates at the Floyd County Sheriff's Office can send/ receive emails through JailATM. Additionally, you can add money to an inmates account through JailATM.
Sending a Book
To send a book to a Floyd County Inmate it must come directly from a reputable online source such as Amazon.com & Walmart.com. It must be addressed directly to the inmate as it would be to send mail. Each inmate can only have 2 books per month & at a time. Additionally, they can have 1 religious book that does not count toward their 2 monthly book total. When they turn in one book it will be placed into their property.
