Opportunity Neighborhoods (ON) is the county-wide organizing framework for residents, community-based partners, FCPS, Fairfax County, and other supporters to work together to deliver needed resources that are equitable, accessible, and effective for vulnerable youth and their families.
Neighborhood Networks is a voluntary program, which supports families as they build on their strengths and connects them with people and resources. Families are nominated to the program by participating preschools and elementary schools.
