E-visa Registered User

A Visa Registered User is an organization which has a Commercial Registration certificate in the Kingdom of Bahrain and qualifies as a guarantor to apply for Bahrain visit Visas.
Registered users have the ability to apply for certain types of Visas that require a guarantor to enter the Kingdom of Bahrain. They do so by logging in and entering the individuals’ respective details as required. The types of Visas depends on the nature of the guarantor’s business and reason for visit.

One-time registration
Usernames and passwords for up to 5 users to have secure access to the Visa site
Reduced documentation for Visa applications
Applications can be made from any internet-enabled device
Dedicated operations center to process applications and answer phones and email enquiries
On-line secure payment by a credit card

The Supporting Documentation

In order to become a Visa registered user, you must submit an application in Visa website then send all below required documents through email to[email protected] :

The filled out Visa registered user application after printing it from the website.
An authorization letter requesting access addressed to the Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs need to be submitted.
Copy of valid CR number.
Copy of valid user’s ID reader printout.

Once your application has been evaluated and approved, you will be given a User ID and Password that will enable you to use this system as a guarantor. To register as a guarantor,press here.

Note: All the above supporting documentation should be stamped by the official organization stamp. Also, the registered user must be an employee at the same organization and not a clearing agent.
