When Ain saw the El partially restored in Elrianode, he feels obligated to protect the El thoroughly to prevent incidents like the Great Explosion from occurring again.

The power of projection is perfected with Ain's experience with the El Search Party and the energy from the restored El.

This allows Ain to act as the divine executor, his powers now on part with minor gods.

Following Ishmael's will, Ain rises to become the divine executioner. This job class brings divine judgment upon enemies with his newly perfected power of projection that puts him on the same level as gods.

Description

It was easy to guess the identity of the mysterious voice since there's only one in this world that knows the existence of his 'mission'. Then the answer to 'his' question is also clear.
'What is your purpose?'
When Ain was first created, his purpose, his mission was to 'help continue the El cycle' by imbuing his power to the El. With Elsword's decision, the El was restored to its former glory, albeit unstable. Then it was time his mission also took another form.
This body given by the God of Creation, Elria, combined with the power of El will enable to perfect his power of creation. With this power, I will bring judgement upon those defying the Goddess, and protect the El from another disaster. That is my new mission, my purpose. The Goddess Ishmael will want the El to be protected.
Perhaps meeting with 'him' is also Goddess Ishmael's will.
Ain headed towards the sanctum. 'He' was waiting for his answer at the heart of the sanctum.

  • Richter is a German term for "judge".
  • Richter's artwork shows his hair starting to fade white from the top, giving a similar shade similar to during his Spiritualism state.
    • This change in hair color is likely symbolic ofAin's spiritual connection.
    • The ingame model however shows all his hair to be faded.
  • Contrary to the previous classes of this path,Richter is not shown with any projection weapons in his regular portrait. In the Spiritualism portrait, the pendulum is replaced with theFunft · Glanzen Schwert sword.
  • It could be implied thatFunft · Glanzen Schwert is a weapon by Ain's own design, due to it not being a projection of a weapon in the Goddess's arsenal but rather a summon of the weapon itself.
    • This explains the sleek, solid design of the weapon unlike the rest of his arsenal, which have an almost glass-like appearance.
