In a 2015 red carpet interview withShine On Media, she revealed two things she’d expect from someone on a first date: “Just be you,” she said, adding, “I’m all about being present. Don’t get on your phone.” The following year, she spoke toJustine Magazine and said it’s important for a partner to have a sense of humor. “Someone that makes you laugh really hard,” she added. “Like, belly laugh like you’re on the ground and you can’t breathe kind of laugh.”

Holt’s music might also offer a peek inside her dating experiences. Holt dated herGirl vs. Monster co-star Luke Benward after they met on set, perUs Weekly. The pair became an item sometime around 2012, with Benward confirming their romance in aSkype interview. They dated for about two years beforebreaking up in 2014, according to E! News.

Holt started seeing Ray Kearin, who’s now abusiness executive, in 2015. In May of that year, she shared an Instagram photo of herself at the beach and tagged Kearin in the caption.

In June 2016, she opened up toJustine Magazine about their romance without directly naming Kearin. “I’m in a long-distance relationship, and I love it. Like, I think it’s great,” she said. “I’m busy doing my own thing, he’s busy doing his own thing. And then when we’re together, it makes it all the more special, and we get to appreciate the time that we’re together.”

In April 2017, they were spotted snowboarding together during a trip to Lake Tahoe. However, the pair quietly split sometime later that year,JustJared reported.

Holt confirmed her relationship with Tony Ferrari, a songwriter and producer, in January 2021. She shared an Instagram carousel of the two embracing and spending time together. “@iamtonyferrari i like doing life with you a lot! 💕,” she wrote.

The following month, Ferrariposted a photo with Holt on Valentine’s Day, joking, “Have you ever seen anything more beautiful 😭 wait, i’m talking about my mustache, what’re you talking about?” Later that year, heproduced two songs for the season finale ofHolt’s seriesCruel Summer, which aired on June 15, 2021.

It appears that Holt last posted a photo of Ferrari in January 2023, sharing a black-and-white snapshot of them hugging. “U are cosmic. happy birthday 👼🏼,” she wrote. It’s unclear if the pair is still together.
