Meet Eboni Taylor

It is with great joy and honor that I publicly share my run for State Senate, 3rd District. As a lifelong Detroiter and a daughter of the Eastside, I am humbled to campaign for this post in Lansing to represent the area that made me who I am today.

I believe we deserve better, but more than that, I believe that we can dictate what "better" looks like together. As I make calls and knock on doors, I want to hear from you! From expanding access to health care, providing more funding for our schools, to addressing housing affordability, there is so much more our leaders in Lansing can be doing to raise your quality of life.  What do you care about, and how do you want to be represented? My team and I are kicking off this campaign not because it feels like the next accomplishment for me to tackle, but because my community asked me to step up to the plate. We are at a pivotal moment where our communities need leaders with relentless & authentic advocacy. I have always been a community advocate who has dedicated my career to taking on systemic barriers and ensuring everyone is seen and heard at the table. I am also a working mother. I want a better Michigan for my parents, myself, and I especially want a better Michigan for our future - my children and yours.
