Placed 42^nd in the challenge. Diamonds may now be synthetic, but the one in the sky is eternal. This photo was taken from the parking lot of the hotel I stayed at in Dallas, TX. Just as the totality completed, a light cloud cover blew in and gave this shot an ethereal feel. I got mine repaired. The internal glass assembly was intact. They changed the mount and some of the electronics and realigned it optically. You will have to take it to a Sony service center.
