Anousheh Ansari(born 12 September, 1966) is an Iranian-American engineer and co-founder of Prodea system . Her previous accomplishments also include serving as co-founder and CEO and Telecom Technologies, Inc(TTI). Ansari is the first ever female space tourist and the first Iranian who has been in the space.
Ansari intension's by her flight was to inspire young girls and women, especially those in the Middle East who aren't given as much oppurtunities as the men, to fullfil their dreams.
