Derby County Football Club continued its commitment tothe Fans Charter by publishing its latest version for the 2023/24 season.

The club view the document as the public expression of the partnership it continually strives to build for supporters.

The club will seek to respond to all complaints in the first instance within fourteen working days of receipt, and thereafter complaints will be subject to internal investigations (if necessary).If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may contact the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO).
