Chris Borges

Chris Borges is a senior program manager and associate fellow with the Economics Program and Scholl Chair in International Business at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). His research focuses on intellectual property, technology standards, antitrust, and innovation policy. Previously, he worked as a product manager in the healthcare tech industry. He holds an MA in international science and technology policy from George Washington University and a BA in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has studied and worked in Germany, Spain, Mexico, and Costa Rica, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
