For best chance of delivery by Dec 24th, please order by Dec 8th.
Shipping Times vary by brand, please check the Shipping & Returns of each product for up to date information on shipping expectations.
Shipping Carriers (FedEX, UPS, etc) get backlogged during the holidays, some shipping updates may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in their tracking

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 48 hours for the warehouse to process orders.Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
Tracking & Delivery
When Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Each product page will have a Shipping Section that will list the fulfillment window. You can find it on the right hand side under the product details.
You will receive ashipment confirmation email once your order has been processed for shipment. Check the product description for estimated shipping and handling times.
If you haven't received tracking informationwithin 45 days of placing your order, contact us atsupport@complex.com.
Be sure to check your spam/promotions folder for shipment confirmation emails.

Tracking Hasn't Updated—What Should I Do?
Carriers likeUSPS and FedExmay experience delays in updating tracking details. If your tracking hasn’t been updated in several days:
Submit a support ticket atsupport@complex.com, and we’ll follow up with the carrier. You’ll receive a response within 48 hours.
In rare cases, a package may still be in transit even if it hasn’t been scanned at recent stops.
If the package isdeclared lost, COMPLEX will assist in filing a lost package claim with the carrier.
Lost package claims will typically receive a responsewithin 30 days of filing.
In the case of a Brand Partner denying a request to file a claim, customers can follow up with Customer Servicesupport@complex.com.
Note: The carrier is not guaranteed to respond to lost package claims.
Tracking Says "Delivered," But I Don't Have My Package
If your order is marked"delivered" but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors or building management.
Submitting alost or stolen package claim with the carrier.
COMPLEXcannot provide replacements, refunds, or accommodations for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Address Changes
Wecannot guarantee that shipping addresses can be updated after an order is placed.
If you need to update your shipping address:
Contact us atsupport@complex.com, and we’ll attempt to update it with the fulfillment center and carrier.
Note: Address changes are not guaranteed, and your order may still ship to the originally entered address.
