CAA Refund Policy

Online Career Center

Payments for job postings in theOnline Career Center are nonrefundable. Employers should consider carefully their choice of posting duration. No portion of the prepayment will be refunded should an employer decide to delete a job posting before it expires. However, if the Online Career Center declines a job posting or discontinues its further publication, a prorated portion of any unused prepayment may be refundable (seeTerms and Conditions).

Membership

CAA memberships forindividuals andinstitutions are nonrefundable.

Publications

Orders for CAA publications are nonrefundable.

Conference and Event Registration

Registration for the Annual Conference, special events, and professional development workshops are not refundable.
