GIT/REP Forms (Seller's Tax Declaration) Signed on or after October 1, 2025
The State of New Jersey has notified all County Clerk offices that all GIT/REP forms (Seller’s Tax Declaration) signed on or after October 1, 2025, must be the most recent forms available. Older versions of the GIT/REP forms (Seller’s Tax Declaration) will no longer be accepted by the Office of the Burlington County Clerk. Please find a link to the State of New Jersey’s website here:

Passport Applications and Renewals
Passport applications and renewals can be processed at either of the County Clerk's two office locations. No appointment is required —walk-ins are only accepted.
- County Clerk's Main Office, 50 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. All County Clerk services, including those offered at the County Corner Store, are available at the County Clerk's Main Office.
- County Corner Store, 1020 Briggs Road, Mount Laurel, open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Services at the County Corner Store are Passport Applications, Notary Commissions, and Business Trade Name Registrations.

- Download, print, and mail theOpt-Out of Vote-by-Mail form to remove yourself from receiving vote-by-mail ballots.
- Register to vote, update your signature, change your party affiliation, and update your address with the Superintendent of Elections Office.

Burlington County Offers Free Property Alert Service
Burlington County Property Alert System is a subscription service that is free for county residents and is intended to act as an early warning system for potential fraud. Residents who sign up will be notified by email or phone whenever a document, such as a deed, lien, or mortgage, is recorded in the Clerk’s office with their name.

The County Clerk's Office doesNOTmaintain Vital Records for births, deaths, adoptions, marriages, civil unions, domestic partnerships, divorces, and many other types of vital records. Please contact your municipal clerk where the relevant birth, death, or marriage occurred, or the New Jersey Department of Health for more information and to request a document.
