Short Take: HotJobs to merge with Resumix
HotJobs.com says it has signed an agreement to merge with Resumix. Themerger combines HotJobs, a provider of Internet recruiting solutions, withthe developer of staffing management software. Following the merger,Resumix will continue its operations as a subsidiary of HotJobs inSunnyvale, Calif. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
