If Customer has purchased from CIRA the CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training Service as defined in the Order Form (the “CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training Service”), then these CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training Service terms and conditions (the “Cybersecurity Awareness TrainingTerms and Conditions”) supplement the provisions of, and are made part of, the Agreement between Customer and CIRA and govern the provision and use of the CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training Service.
By ordering and accessing the Services, You are agreeing to the Beauceron Security Inc. (“Beauceron”) Terms of Service for Authorized Partner Customers (“Beauceron Agreement”). You agree to remain in compliance with this agreement at all times. Capitalized terms that are not defined in these Cybersecurity Awareness Training Terms and Conditions have the same meaning as provided elsewhere in the Agreement.
- Use Rights.
Upon Customer’s submission of the Order Form and acceptance of these Cybersecurity Awareness Training Terms and Conditions, and Customer’s acceptance of the Beauceron Agreement, and subject to the timely payment of all applicable fees, Customer will be provided with the CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training Service, including support services from CIRA.
- Termination
CIRA may terminate the Agreement and Customer’s receipt of the CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training Service if: (a) Customer breaches the Agreement, these Cybersecurity Awareness Training Terms and Conditions, or the Beauceron Agreement; or (b) Beauceron ceases to provide cybersecurity awareness training services to CIRA. Upon termination of this Agreement or the Beauceron Agreement, Customer will cease all use of the CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training Service.
