It was another month before Bernier was able to debut for the Sagueneens, but he's now scored three goals over his last two games. He has a total of four points in seven contests. TheKraken third-rounder (2024) had 46 points in 59 regular-season outings last season, and he'll look to be a positive contributor on one of the Q's top teams for the remainder of the campaign.

Kakko had two goals and an assist in Team Finland's 11-0 win over Team Italy at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 on Saturday.

His teammates were raving about Kakko after the game, reports Bill Price of NHL.com. "He made some awesome plays," teammate Olli Maatta said of Kakko. "And whenever he got chances, he made it count. So it's good to have a guy like that on your team when you know if he's going to get a chance, he's going to bury it." The 25-year-old Kakko went into the Winter Games with 21 points, including six goals, in 40 games with Seattle. He has struggled this season following a career-best 44 points (14 goals, 30 assists) in 79 games between the Rangers andKraken in the 2024-25 campaign.

Grubauer made 18 saves in Germany's 4-3 loss to Latvia in Olympic round-robin play Saturday.

After allowing power-play goals in the first and second period, Grubauer stumbled in the third by allowing two even-strength tallies a little over three minutes apart, and the German offense couldn't climb out of the hole. Grubauer has given up five goals on 60 shots through two games in the tournament, and as the only netminder on the roster with NHL experience, the 34-year-oldKraken goalie could be back in the crease Sunday against the United States.

Grubauer is set to defend the German net versus Latvia on Saturday at the 2026 Winter Olympics, per Dan Rosen of NHL.com.

Grubauer will make his second straight start between the pipes for Germany after turning aside 37 shots in a 3-1 victory over Denmark on Thursday. Grubauer is 11-6-3 with a 2.43 GAA and a .916 save percentage across 22 appearances with Seattle this season.

Loshko scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Coachella Valley's 6-1 win over Tucson.

Loshko has had a modest AHL rookie year, earning a total of 12 points in 37 outings. He's picked up five points over his last six games and 10 points in 17 contests since Dec. 27, so it looks like he is improving. The 21-year-old forward is still likely a few years away from carving out an NHL role.

Grubauer was busy throughout the game, but he managed to secure the victory while receiving decent support from the offense in a low-scoring affair. Grubauer has an 11-6-3 record, 2.43 GAA and .916 save percentage in 22 outings with Seattle in 2025-26.

Miettinen scored a goal and added two assists in WHL Everett's 6-3 win over Red Deer on Tuesday.

Miettinen has earned two goals and seven assists during a five-game point streak. His return from the World Junior Championship was a little bumpy, as he missed about two weeks of action, but he looks to be back on track now. At the tournament, Miettinen had four points in six contests for the Finns. He's at 21 goals and 53 points over 36 outings in the WHL this season, and he's also maintained a plus-42 rating for one of the best teams in the league.

Firkus logged three assists in AHL Coachella Valley's 4-3 overtime win over Henderson on Saturday.

Firkus has three goals and three assists over his last four outings. The 21-year-old winger continues to excel in his second AHL campaign, earning a total of 17 goals and 27 assists over 45 appearances. He's added 122 shots on net and a plus-16 rating. TheKraken typically haven't rushed prospects to the NHL, but Firkus may not need much more time in the AHL at the rate he's going.

Morrison scored twice and added two assists in AHL Coachella Valley's 4-3 overtime win over Henderson on Saturday.

Morrison put himself back over the point-per-game mark and set a career high in points with this effort. The 23-year-old is up to 23 goals, 46 points, 107 shots on net and a plus-19 rating over 45 appearances this season. He's earned at least 40 points in each of his first three AHL campaigns, but he's set to take his game to a much higher level in 2025-26.

Fisker Molgaard was reassigned to AHL Coachella Valley on Thursday.

Fisker Molgaard was recalled Wednesday and had no stats in 6:42 of action against the Kings. He has one assist in three NHL games this season. Fisker Molgaard had seven goals and 22 points in 36 AHL appearances before his recall.

Mahura was scratched for the 21st game in a row in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Even with a hefty January schedule, theKraken didn't opt to give Mahura a look or two in a rotational capacity. The team's defense has been mostly healthy lately, and Cale Fleury appears to have priority over Mahura whenever an opening occurs. For the season, Mahura has three points, 12 shots on net, 32 blocked shots, 22 hits, 16 PIM and a plus-9 rating across 20 appearances.

Gaudreau logged two assists in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Gaudreau assisted on goals by Adam Larsson and Shane Wright, with the latter's tally coming on the power play. While Gaudreau has gone 16 games without a goal, the defensive center has contributed eight assists, including two on the power play, in that span. For the season, he's up to 17 points (three on the power play), 43 shots on net, 36 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 43 appearances. He continues to see steady usage in a bottom-six role and on the penalty kill.

Stephenson logged two assists, including one on the power play, in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Stephenson heads into the Olympic break with seven helpers over his last six games. Three of those assists have come with the man advantage. The 31-year-old center often relies on playmaking for his offense. He has produced 13 goals, 36 points (14 on the power play), 69 shots on net, 40 blocked shots and a minus-14 rating through 54 contests this season.

Larsson scored a goal and blocked five shots in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Larsson has a goal and three assists over his last five games. The 33-year-old blueliner doesn't offer a ton of offense, so it would be surprising if this uptick carries over after the Olympic break. Larsson is at a total of five goals, 15 points, 60 shots on net, 75 hits, 123 blocked shots, 32 PIM and a plus-3 rating through 56 appearances this season.

Dunn scored a power-play goal on four shots and added two PIM in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Dunn has gotten on the scoresheet in three straight games with a goal and two assists in that span. He's cooled off after a hot first half of January, but he's still seeing big minutes in a top-pairing role and on the power play. Dunn is up to eight goals, 34 points, 119 shots on net, 58 blocked shots and a minus-17 rating across 55 appearances this season. He's just five points shy of matching his total from 62 outings in 2024-25, and he already has a career-best 19 power-play points on his ledger.

Wright scored twice, including once on the power play, in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

This was Wright's second two-goal effort in the last four games. The 22-year-old center has grown into a third-line role this season, which has helped him grow his two-way game while still leaving enough room for offense. For the season, he's at 11 goals, 22 points, 84 shots on net, 43 hits, 42 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating through 56 appearances.

Daccord stopped 25 of 27 shots in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

TheKraken led 3-1 after the first period, and that was enough to give Daccord his fourth straight win. The 29-year-old has allowed just eight goals during the streak, turning things around after a tough first half of January. Daccord improved to 16-12-5 with a 2.81 GAA and a .903 save percentage in 33 outings overall. After the Olympic break, Daccord and Philipp Grubauer figure to continue their timeshare in the crease, especially as the Kraken return to action with a back-to-back set in Dallas on Feb. 25 and in St. Louis a day later.

Schwartz (lower body) won't play Wednesday versus the Kings.

Schwartz played just 13:28 in Anaheim on Tuesday, and he appears to come out of that game worse for wear. After being called up from AHL Coachella Valley on Wednesday, Oscar Fisker Molgaard will draw into the lineup for Schwartz. Schwartz will have the Olympic break to heal, as Seattle will be off until Feb. 25 at Dallas.
