Fiddler-Schultz scored three goals in AHL Rochester's 7-4 loss to Utica on Sunday.

Fiddler-Schultz has scored five goals over his last six games, though Sunday marked his first multi-point effort since Jan. 3. The 23-year-old forward now has career highs in goals (15) and points (27) this season, surpassing the 13 goals and 26 points he put up in 51 regular-season appearances as an AHL rookie in 2024-25. He still needs to find a bit more offense before he'll be an NHL option.

Helenius scored twice in AHL Rochester's 4-1 win over Utica on Saturday.

Helenius saw time with theSabres prior to the Olympic break, and he's earned three goals and three assists over three outings since returning to the AHL. That should help him remain in contention for a call-up once the NHL season resumes. Helenius has 36 points in 37 AHL contests, surpassing his total of 35 points from 65 games in the 2024-25 regular season.

Dahlin notched three assists in Sweden's 5-2 win over Italy in Olympic round-robin action Wednesday.

TheSabres defenseman picked up a helper in each period, including on William Nylander's game-winner in the second period that broke a 2-2 tie. Dahlin has plenty of competition for power-play time on a stacked Swedish blue line -- Erik Karlsson picked up an assist on the team's lone goal with the man advantage Wednesday -- but he should still be productive for one of the tournament favorites.

Rosen scored three goals in AHL Rochester's 4-0 win over Springfield on Friday.

Rosen logged a natural hat trick in this contest, his first game back after a stint with theSabres. Both of his AHL hat tricks this season have come over the last eight games, a span in which he has eight goals and an assist. The talented winger is at 23 goals, 35 points and 94 shots on net through 29 AHL outings this season, and he's added seven points in 16 NHL appearances.

Ratzlaff recorded a 25-save shutout in AHL Rochester's 4-0 win over Springfield on Friday.

This was Ratzlaff's first shutout of the AHL season, coming in just his fifth appearance for the Americans. The 20-year-old has adjusted pretty well with a .902 save percentage in those games, going 3-1-0. Ratzlaff is poised for backup duties behind Devon Levi while with Rochester.

Osburn scored twice and added an assist in the University of Wisconsin's 6-5 overtime win over the University of Notre Dame on Friday.

Osburn is up to five goals and 13 helpers through 21 appearances this season. TheSabres prospect has earned five points over his last two contests. He's in his freshman campaign and could use most or all of his NCAA eligibility before turning pro.

Byram recorded an assist and two blocked shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Penguins.

Byram has earned three assists and eight blocked shots over the last five contests. He had a rough middle portion of January after carrying a lot of momentum around the holiday break and into the new year. The 24-year-old defenseman is at 28 points (10 goals, 18 helpers), 71 shots on net, 70 blocked shots, 31 hits, 30 PIM and a plus-9 rating over 57 appearances. That pace gives him a chance to reach the 40-point mark for the first time in his career.

Zucker scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Penguins.

Zucker has five goals over his last eight games. The 34-year-old winger scored just 1:46 into this contest, but theSabres couldn't really build off his quick strike. The winger is up to 15 goals, 29 points, 80 shots on net, 38 hits and a minus-9 rating through 38 appearances this season. Zucker's a reliable scoring winger in a middle-six role with power-play time, which makes him a strong depth option in fantasy.

Thompson scored a power-play goal on seven shots and went minus-3 in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Penguins.

Thompson has racked up 10 goals and 12 assists over 18 contests since the start of January. That's a lot of momentum he'll be carrying over to Italy, where he'll suit up for Team USA in the Olympics. He's reached the 30-goal mark in four of the last five NHL campaigns, and he's at 59 points (17 on the power play), 204 shots on net, 54 hits and a minus-8 rating through 57 appearances for theSabres this season.

Lyon allowed four goals on 31 shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Penguins. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.

Lyon took just his second loss in six games since he returned from a lower-body injury. This wasn't a pretty one -- it was the first time he allowed more than three goals since Nov. 28 versus the Devils. Lyon is down to 14-8-3 with a 2.72 GAA and a .913 save percentage over 27 appearances. Lyon has often been theSabres' best goalie this season, and he should handle the bulk of the starts until Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen (lower body) can return.

Metsa was reassigned to AHL Rochester on Thursday.

Metsa will return to the AHL after a two-month stint in the NHL. He logged two points in 22 outings during that span, though he was a healthy scratch Thursday versus the Penguins. Metsa could return to theSabres as a depth defenseman ahead of the team's Feb. 25 game versus the Devils.

Helenius was reassigned to AHL Rochester on Thursday.

Helenius will get steady playing time with Rochester while the NHL is on its Olympic break. The 19-year-old has four points in his first nine NHL contests. If the team is still hurting up front after the break, Helenius would seem to be a likely candidate to return to the big club.

Rosen was reassigned to AHL Rochester on Thursday.

Rosen will return to Rochester for the NHL's Olympic break. The 22-year-old has been shuffled between levels regularly this season, so there's no guarantee he'll be called back up ahead of theSabres' Feb. 25 game versus the Devils.

Greenway (abdomen) won't play Thursday versus the Penguins, Rachel Lenzi of The Buffalo News reports.

Greenway will miss seven straight games heading into the Olympic break. While it's possible the time off will allow him to heal, the oft-injured winger isn't a guarantee to be in the lineup once healthy.

Lyon will be between the pipes at home against the Penguins on Thursday, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

Lyon is 4-1-0 with a 2.02 GAA and one shutout in his last five outings and has racked up 14 wins this year, matching his 2024-25 total. In fact, the veteran backstop could set a new career-best mark and top the 21 victories he recorded with the Red Wings back in 2023-24, especially if Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen remains sidelined after the Olympic break.

Greenway (abdomen) will be a game-time decision versus Pittsburgh on Thursday, Bill Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald reports.

Greenway has missed the last six games. He has one goal, four assists, 48 hits and 15 blocked shots across 33 games this season. Isak Rosen could be the odd-man out of the lineup, if Greenway is given the green light to play.

Benson (upper body) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Penguins, Bill Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald reports.

Benson sustained his upper-body injury during Monday's win over the Panthers, and he'll be unavailable for a second consecutive game heading into the Olympic break as he continues to receive treatment. He'll have several weeks to recover during the league's layoff, and his next opportunity to suit up will be Feb. 25 against New Jersey.

Doan scored a power-play goal in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Lightning.

Doan has three goals and an assist over his last five games, and three of those four points have come on the power play. The 24-year-old winger is up to a total of 18 goals, 39 points, 120 shots on net, 52 hits and a minus-3 rating through 56 appearances. He's more than doubled his 19-point total from 51 games with Utah last season. Doan is a middle-six regular with a steady power-play role for theSabres, and he's proving himself a valuable forward to have in most fantasy formats.
