Jakucionis has yet to make his rookie debut during the 2025-26 campaign. He'll miss a third straight game due to a groin issue. The next chance for him to suit up will be Tuesday against the Hornets.

Smith tallied four combined steals and blocks, playing a handful of extra minutes as theHeat blew out the Grizzlies. Prior to his season-ending injury last season, Smith was building some nice momentum as a 3-and-D player for the Heat. While his nightly role remains unclear at this stage, he is certainly worth monitoring, in case his play forces changes to the rotation.

Ware moved back into the starting lineup, falling one rebound short of a double-double. While this was an encouraging performance, it could have been even better had the game been remotely close. It appears as though theHeat's starting lineup could differ from one night to the next, depending on the opponent. With that said, Ware should be able to do enough, whether starting or coming off the bench, to maintain fantasy value, even in standard leagues.

Rozier was arrested Thursday morning as part of an FBI sports betting probe, and the NBA is acting quickly while this investigation gets underway. As of now, there is no known timetable for Rozier's potential return, as this could be a lengthy process.

Rozier was arrested Thursday morning as part of an FBI sports betting gambling probe, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Rozier was available for Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Magic, but he wasn't part of Miami's rotation. In January, Rozier was put under federal investigation for potentially cooperating in an illegal sports betting scheme in 2023 while with the Hornets. The NBA announced that it conducted an investigation but did not find a violation of its rules, and the case was referred to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Rozier is in the final season of a four-year, $96.3 million contract he reached with the Hornets ahead of the 2021-22 season, but his status moving forward remains unclear. Jontay Porter received a lifetime ban in April of 2024 for violating the league's gaming rules.
