Frazier agreed Monday with theAngels on a minor-league contract that includes an invitation to spring training, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Frazier split his time last season between the Pirates and Royals, finishing with a .267/.319/.365 batting line and seven home runs over 134 contests. The 34-year-old has a decent chance to capture a reserve role with the Angels, providing depth at second base, third base and the corner-outfield spots.

Frazier went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in Tuesday's 8-4 win over the Angels.

Frazier stretched theRoyals' lead with a two-run double in the seventh inning, though he was cut down trying to stretch it into a triple. The light-hitting second baseman owns just a .683 OPS through 129 games, but Tuesday's double was his 20th of the year -- his seventh season with 20 or more. The 33-year-old has been steady at the plate lately, collecting hits in seven of his past eight contests.

Frazier is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Mariners.

It's the second straight game that Frazier hasn't been in the lineup. TheRoyals are going with Mike Yastrzemski in left field and Jac Caglianone in right field in Tuesday's series opener.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.

Frazier picked up starts in left field in the first two games of the series and went 2-for-8 between those contests, but he'll take a seat for the final contest in Philadelphia. Michael Massey will fill in for Frazier in left field and will bat sixth.

Frazier is not in the lineup for Thursday's contest in Cleveland.

Frazier has now started just two of the last five games and one of three contests since Jonathan India returned from the injured list. India will cover second base and Mike Yastrzemski will be in left field Thursday as Frazier begins the game on the bench.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins.

After starting the last five games and going 3-for-16 with one home run, one double, two walks, three runs and two RBI, Frazier will receive a breather. TheRoyals will go with Michael Massey at second base and Randal Grichuk in left field in the series finale.

Frazier went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Angels.

Frazier hit the first of theRoyals' four solo shots to spark the comeback win. He continues to see a starting role between second base, designated hitter and the corner outfield, and he's earned a strong share of playing time by going 12-for-38 (.316) over his last 11 games. Frazier is up to a .270/.322/.373 slash line with six homers, 38 RBI, 37 runs scored and eight stolen bases over 116 games between the Royals and the Pirates this season.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rangers.

The left-handed-hitting Frazier had started in each of theRoyals' last 10 games while occupying four different spots (designated hitter, second base, third base and left field), but he'll take a seat for the series finale as Texas sends a lefty (Patrick Corbin) to the bump. Kansas City could get another impact bat in Jac Caglianone (hamstring) back from the injured list this weekend, but Frazier's versatility and solid production since being acquired from the Pirates over the All-Star break (.301/.333/.434 slash line in 26 games) should allow him to retain a near-everyday role.

Frazier went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer, a double and two runs scored in Sunday's win against the White Sox.

Frazier doubled and scored a run in the seventh inning before adding a two-run shot in the eighth. It was his first home run since Aug. 1 and second in 23 games since being traded to theRoyals. Frazier has provided a nice boost to Kansas City's offense; he's gone 25-for-76 (.329) in those 23 contests. For the season, Frazier is slashing .273/.327/.370 with 20 extra-base hits and 34 RBI through 344 plate appearances.

Frazier is not in theRoyals' starting lineup against the Twins on Saturday.

Frazier will take a seat after going 0-for-4 in Friday's series opener. Randal Grichuk, Kyle Isbel and Mike Yastrzemski will start in the outfield from left to right for the Royals on Saturday. Frazier has gone 5-for-24 (.208) with one home run and four RBI in seven games since the beginning of August.

Frazier will start at designated hitter and bat seventh in Monday's game against the Red Sox.

Frazier will remain in the lineup for a seventh straight game after going 5-for-23 with a home run, a stolen base, four runs and three RBI. He's picked up starts at five different positions -- second base, third base, left field right field and now DH -- and should remain a fixture in the lineup against right-handed pitching, at least until Jac Caglianone (hamstring) returns from the injured list.

Frazier went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 9-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Frazier gave theRoyals a commanding seven-run lead in the ninth, when he took Mason Fluharty deep to right field for a two-run homer. It was Frazier's fourth home run of the season and first since June 1 against the Padres. The veteran outfielder has started in each of the Royals' last four games, and he should continue to see a bump in playing time for as long as Jac Caglianone (hamstring) is on the 10-day injured list.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Cubs.

Since being acquired from the Pirates over the All-Star break, Frazier has started in just one of theRoyals' four games to begin the second half. Though his playing-time outlook was expected to improve with the move to Kansas City, Frazier may end up taking a back seat to both John Rave and Nick Loftin when it comes to picking up starts in the corner outfield or at second base.

TheRoyals acquiredFrazier from the Pirates on Wednesday in exchange for infielder Cam Devanney, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.

Frazier spent the 2024 season in Kansas City and evidently made a positive impression despite slashing just .202/.282/.294 over 104 contests. The 33-year-old hasn't been much better in 2025 with a .255/.318/.336 batting line, but he offers some versatility and could see reps at second base and/or in left field against right-handed pitching.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals.

The left-handed-hitting Frazier will hit the bench for thePirates' third straight matchup with a right-hander (Sonny Gray) and appears to have moved back into a utility role. Though he's posted a .762 OPS while batting .306 dating back to May 20, Frazier has been overtaken in left field by Tommy Pham, who offers more power upside with four extra-base hits (two home runs, two doubles) in his last seven contests.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Cardinals.

The left-handed-hitting Frazier had batted out of the leadoff spot in both of thePirates' previous two matchups with righties, but he'll be left out of the lineup entirely Monday while St. Louis sends right-hander Erick Fedde to the hill. Tommy Pham will take over Frazier's spot in left field, while Spencer Horwitz tops the batting order for Pittsburgh.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Brewers.

Frazier has served as a strong-side platoon player in left field for the past two weeks, but after posting a .513 OPS during that stretch, he could be in danger of moving into a utility role. He'll be on the bench for a second straight matchup with a right-handed pitcher (Chad Patrick), affording Tommy Pham another start in left field after he went 3-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI in Sunday's 8-3 win over the Rangers.
