- D'Angelo Russell DAL PGMavericks' D'Angelo Russell: Snaps out of funk with 24 points10m agoRussell posted 24 points (8-18 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 6-8 FT), five rebounds, six assists and three steals over 29 minutes during Sunday's 139-129 victory over the Raptors. Russell got off to a horrendous start in this one, bricking his first seven shot attempts, but after drilling a buzzer-beating triple midway through the second quarter, he was able to find his rhythm and turn things around. Russell had been a negligible part of the rotation through the first two games of the season, but he logged major minutes Sunday and was in the closing lineup in the win, which hints he's curried some favor with head coach Jason Kidd. It'll be interesting to see what his minutes look like Monday against the Thunder.
- Austin Reaves LAL SGLakers' Austin Reaves: Career performance in win12m agoReaves recorded 51 points (12-22 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 21-22 FT), 11 rebounds, nine assists and two steals across 39 minutes during Sunday's 127-120 win over the Kings. Reaves was given the keys to the offense Sunday with LeBron James (back) and Luka Doncic (finger) out of the lineup, and he took full advantage, piling up a career-high 51 points. In addition to his impressive scoring display, Reaves contributed a near-triple-double by adding 11 rebounds and nine assists, making him just the ninth player in NBA history to record such numbers. The 27-year-old pro is averaging 34.0 points, 9.7 assists, 7.7 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 37.3 minutes per contest through three games this season.
- Cooper Flagg DAL SFMavericks' Cooper Flagg: Nets 22 points on 14 shots14m agoFlagg ended Sunday's 139-129 victory over the Raptors with 22 points (8-14 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, four assists and one block across 29 minutes. Flagg was undeniably disappointing in Dallas' season opener, but he's done a great job of turning things around over the past two games. Like with all rookies, Flagg will struggle with efficiency and turnovers will likely be a consistent issue, but he has all the tools to be a great player and he's a guy who could really break out over the second half of the season.
- Scottie Barnes TOR SGRaptors' Scottie Barnes: Double-doubles with full line16m agoBarnes closed with 33 points (13-24 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 11 rebounds, six assists and one steal in 34 minutes during Sunday's 139-129 loss to the Mavericks. Barnes has been on a tear to begin the year, pumping out top-30 value behind averages of 24.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.7 triples and 1.7 steals per contest on 52.8 percent shooting from the field and 84.6 percent at the charity stripe. If he could work on cutting down the turnovers (3.0) while maintaining his impressive free throw shooting, he could easily work his way into the top-20 equation.
- RJ Barrett TOR SFRaptors' RJ Barrett: Nets 16 points in loss17m agoBarrett contributed 16 points (7-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and three assists across 28 minutes during Sunday's 139-129 loss to the Mavericks. While Barrett has been providing solid stat lines through the first three games of the season, it's tough to see this holding up, as he's been converting an unsustainable 67.6 percent of his shot attempts. His minutes and usage rate are down this season, which is to be expected when a player of Brandon Ingram's caliber enters the equation. Barrett's value feels a bit inflated at the moment.
- Immanuel Quickley TOR PGRaptors' Immanuel Quickley: Shooting woes continue Sunday18m agoQuickley contributed 14 points (5-16 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, five assists and two steals across 32 minutes during Sunday's 139-129 loss to the Mavericks. While Quickley has been getting it done in the points (15.3) and dimes (7.0) department this season, he has been struggling mightily from an efficiency standpoint, converting just 38.1 percent of his shot attempts. Some of this has to do with the fact that he's been converting a measly 11.1 percent of his 6.0 three-point attempts per contest, but it should only be a matter of time before he finds his rhythm. IQ has shot 37.3 percent from distance through six years of NBA experience, so it would be shocking if he didn't turn things around.
- Naz Reid MIN CTimberwolves' Naz Reid: Double-doubles in 23 minutes44m agoReid ended Sunday's 114-110 victory over the Pacers with 16 points (6-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and two steals in 23 minutes. Reid had struggled mightily over Minnesota's first two games, turning in two straight, single-digit scoring stinkers, but he had an easier time asserting himself in the offense Sunday evening with Anthony Edwards (hamstring) exiting early. It's a quick turnaround for Minnesota's next game Monday, so Edwards might need to skip their matchup with the Nuggets, which could help Reid build on his momentum from Sunday's outing.
- Jay Huff IND CPacers' Jay Huff: Doesn't do much in spot start1h agoHuff finished with five points (2-5 FG, 1-4 3Pt) over 16 minutes during Sunday's 114-110 loss to Minnesota. With both Andrew Nembhard (shoulder) and Bennedict Mathurin (foot) unavailable for Sunday's game, thePacers opted to go big and slid Pascal Siakam over to the three-spot with Huff and Isaiah Jackson starting in the frontcourt. However, Huff and Jackson combined to play 30 minutes, and neither guy was particularly impressive. Jackson finished with six points (2-4 FG, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists, two turnovers and nothing else over 15 minutes.
- Karl-Anthony Towns NY CKnicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Posts massive double-double2h agoTowns provided 15 points (6-14 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 18 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 36 minutes during Sunday's 115-107 loss to the Heat. Towns once again played through his right quadriceps strain that has been an issue since the season started. Even at less than 100 percent, Towns has been putting up some impressive numbers to open the campaign with 20.0 points, 14.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.0 blocks and 2.3 three-pointers in 31.6 minutes per contest.
- Alex Sarr WAS CWizards' Alex Sarr: Nets 21 points with three swats3h agoSarr registered 21 points (9-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, five assists and three blocks in 25 minutes during Sunday's 139-113 loss to Charlotte. Sarr attempted 5.1 three-pointers per game last season but only converted 30.8 percent of those shots, so he's mostly abandoned the deep ball this season. Through the first three games of his 2025-26 campaign, he's attempted just three three-pointers, which has helped lead to solid shooting percentages. It looks like he's going to focus on getting more efficient buckets this season, which could certainly be a boon for his fantasy value.
- Jalen Duren DET CPistons' Jalen Duren: Big double-double in Sunday's win4h agoDuren had 24 points (6-12 FG, 12-13 FT), 18 rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 28 minutes during Sunday's 119-113 win over the Celtics. The fourth-year center managed only 12 boards through thePistons' first two games combined, but Duren flashed his upside on the glass in his first double-double of 2025-26. The 24 points were also an early season high, although his night was cut short Friday when he picked up a Flagrant 2 foul and was ejected after just 12 minutes. Duren has averaged a double-double in each of the last two seasons, but Detroit is counting on the 21-year-old to take a step forward now that he's gained more strength and experience.
- Mark Williams PHO CSuns' Mark Williams: Off injury report5h agoWilliams is not listed on the injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Jazz. Williams missed Saturday's game, which was the second half of a back-to-back set, due to a right knee issue, as he will be load-managed throughout the season. He will return to action Monday against Utah. In two appearances, Williams has averaged 4.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 19.0 minutes per contest.
- Julius Randle MIN PFTimberwolves' Julius Randle: Drops in 31 points in win1h agoRandle ended Sunday's 114-110 victory over the Pacers with 31 points (11-18 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds, six assists and one steal over 39 minutes. Randle was hot from the jump in this one, piling up 11 points in his first nine minutes of play, and he saw a nice uptick in usage with Anthony Edwards (hamstring) leaving the game early. If Edwards needs to miss Monday's game against the Nuggets, Randle could be headed for another big night for Minnesota.
- Pascal Siakam IND PFPacers' Pascal Siakam: Flirts with triple-double in loss1h agoSiakam recorded 33 points (11-24 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 8-12 FT), 10 rebounds, eight assists, three steals and two turnovers in 37 minutes during Sunday's 114-110 loss to the Timberwolves. Siakam was held to just 13 points his last time out, but he surpassed that total before the first half of Sunday's game, and he also ripped away three steals after failing to get any during Saturday's loss. He's going to be the primary point of Indiana's attack while Bennedict Mathurin (foot) is sidelined, so he should have some big stat lines coming his way.
- Evan Mobley CLE PFCavaliers' Evan Mobley: Posts massive line2h agoMobley supplied 23 points (5-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 12-12 FT), eight rebounds, six assists, two blocks and three steals over 34 minutes during Sunday's 118-113 victory over the Bucks. This was arguably the best game of the young season for Mobley, as he led the team in scoring to help theCavaliers improve to 2-1 on the season against a previously undefeated Milwaukee squad. Through the opening three games, Mobley has been terrific with averages of 19.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.0 blocks.
- Giannis Antetokounmpo MIL PFBucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Monster showing in loss2h agoAntetokounmpo recorded 40 points (14-20 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 11-16 FT), 14 rebounds, nine assists, two blocks and two steals across 33 minutes during Sunday's 118-113 loss to the Cavaliers. Although he's been hampered by toe and back issues to open the season, Antetokounmpo appears to be in MVP form for theBucks. The Bucks dropped their first game of the season to bring them down to 2-1 to open the campaign, but Antetokounmpo has been on fire with averages of 36.0 points, 16.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.3 three-pointers in 32.5 minutes in that span.
- Obi Toppin IND PFPacers' Obi Toppin: Suffers hamstring injury3h agoToppin suffered a right hamstring injury during Sunday's 114-110 loss to the Timberwolves, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports. Toppin left the game in the third quarter and did not return due to what was originally described as a right leg injury. Head coach Rick Carlisle clarified postgame that Toppin's injury was to his hamstring, and he will undergo imaging, with the hopes of it being nothing serious. Jarace Walker and Tony Bradley could see expanded roles if Toppin is forced to miss time.
- Miles Bridges CHA PFHornets' Miles Bridges: Nets 20 points in win4h agoBridges notched 20 points (6-16 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 9-10 FT), four rebounds, three assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Sunday's 139-113 victory over the Wizards. Bridges was lights out from distance in his first two games of the season, but the 34 percent career three-point shooter saw a reversion to the mean Sunday evening, as he bricked six of his seven three-point attempts. Still, while his shot wasn't falling, he was able to get some easy points at the line, and that helped him salvage his stat line.
- Aaron Nesmith IND SFPacers' Aaron Nesmith: Needs 17 shots to score 18 points1h agoNesmith supplied 18 points (6-17 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 1-3 FT), eight rebounds and two assists over 35 minutes during Sunday's 114-110 loss to the Timberwolves. With Bennedict Mathurin (foot) on the sidelines, Nesmith is being looked to as the No. 2 option on offense, and he's been getting plenty of shots up. Unfortunately, not a lot of them have been falling, as he's been converting just 39.3 percent of his attempts over the past two games. Still, he's posting averages of 16.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.5 triples and 1.5 assists per game over that stretch, granting him some low-end value in points leagues.
- Jaime Jaquez Jr. MIA SFHeat's Jaime Jaquez: Another strong showing2h agoJaquez ended Sunday's 115-107 win over the Knicks with 17 points (8-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and five assists in 27 minutes. Jaquez, who was coming off a letdown of a campaign in 2024-25, certainly seems to have found his stride to open the new season. Through the first three games, he's second on theHeat in nine-category fantasy value with averages of 15.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.3 steals. He's shooting a red-hot 71.0 percent from the field, however, and that's obviously not sustainable.
- Andrew Wiggins MIA SFHeat's Andrew Wiggins: Quiet showing in win2h agoWiggins racked up nine points (4-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists and one block across 31 minutes during Sunday's 115-107 win over the Knicks. Wiggins has been off to a relatively quiet start to the campaign in Miami. Through three games, he's seeing 26.9 minutes per contest with averages of 12.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.7 steals, 1.0 blocks and 0.7 three-pointers on 48.3 percent shooting from the field and 58.3 percent from the line. With guys like Jaime Jaquez and Nikola Jovic right behind him, Wiggins doesn't have much breathing room if he's not performing well.
- Kyshawn George WAS SFWizards' Kyshawn George: Held to six points in 25 minutes4h agoGeorge fouled out in 25 minutes Sunday, finishing with six points (3-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt), eight rebounds, five assists and three turnovers in a 139-113 loss to the Hornets. While George was the lead dog on offense through the first two games of the season, he took a bit of a backseat to CJ McCollum in this one, who finished with a team-high 20 shot attempts. George also struggled with foul trouble and couldn't get his three-point shot to drop, so it was just an off-night for the second-year player. He'll have a chance to bounce back Tuesday against the 76ers.
- Sam Merrill CLE SGCavaliers' Sam Merrill: Stays hot in win2h agoMerrill registered 17 points (5-11 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds and one assist in 30 minutes during Sunday's 118-113 victory over the Bucks. Merrill's hot start to the season continued Sunday as theCavaliers improved to 2-1 to open the campaign. He's looking like a bargain after signing a four-year, $38 million deal at the beginning of the offseason. Through three games, the sharpshooter is averaging 19.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 5.0 three-pointers on 51.5 percent shooting from the field.
- AJ Green MIL SGBucks' AJ Green: Pours in 20 points2h agoGreen racked up 20 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 4-5 FT), two rebounds and two assists over 31 minutes during Sunday's 118-113 loss to Cleveland. Green, who was signed to a four-year, $45 million contract extension over the offseason, is quickly proving his worth to the franchise. Making his third start in a row Sunday, Green once again caught fire from beyond the arc. He looks to be a quality three-point specialist with averages of 13.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 3.3 three-pointers through the opening three games of the regular season.
- Ryan Rollins MIL SGBucks' Ryan Rollins: Fares well as starter2h agoRollins recorded 14 points (5-11 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), four rebounds, eight assists and three steals across 34 minutes during Sunday's 118-113 loss to the Cavaliers. Rollins made his second start in a row for the injured Kevin Porter (ankle), and he produced his best line of the young season. Through two starts, Rollins has proven his worth as a waiver-wire pickup with averages of 13.5 points, 5.0 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 1.0 three-pointers. Fantasy managers can keep throwing him in lineups with Porter's return date in the air.
- Norman Powell MIA SGHeat's Norman Powell: Leads Heat with 29 points2h agoPowell racked up 29 points (7-15 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 12-12 FT), seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in 32 minutes during Sunday's 115-107 victory over New York. Powell tied Bam Adebayo with a team-leading 15 shot attempts, and he knocked down all 12 of his free throws to help theHeat improve to 2-1 on the season. Through three games, Powell is comfortably leading the Heat in nine-category fantasy value with averages of 24.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.0 steals and 3.0 three-pointers on 47.7 percent shooting from the field.
- Mike Conley MIN PGTimberwolves' Mike Conley: Starts second half; scores six1h agoConley racked up six points (1-4 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), one rebound and four assists over 24 minutes during Sunday's 114-110 win over the Pacers. Conley started the second half of action with Anthony Edwards (hamstring) leaving early, but he didn't do much with the increased opportunity. Across 64 starts last season, Conley registered averages of 8.5 points, 4.6 assists, 1.9 triples, 1.2 steals and 1.1 turnovers per contest.
- Marcus Smart LAL PGLakers' Marcus Smart: Returns to game Sunday1h agoSmart (leg) returned to Sunday's game against the Kings. Smart exited the game for the locker room to have his right leg evaluated, but it does not seem to be serious, as he has returned to the game. A positive development for theLakers, who already lost Gabe Vincent with an ankle injury during Sunday's contest.
- Marcus Smart LAL PGLakers' Marcus Smart: Heads to locker room Sunday1h agoSmart went back to the locker room during Sunday's game against the Kings due to a right leg injury, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports. Smart went back to the locker room during the fourth quarter of Sunday's contest after being evaluated on the bench for a right leg injury. If he is unable to return, Jake LaRavia will likely see extra minutes.
- Gabe Vincent LAL PGLakers' Gabe Vincent: Suffers ankle sprain2h agoVincent will not return to Sunday's game against the Kings due to a left ankle sprain, Dan Woike of The Athletic reports. Vincent suffered the injury in the third quarter and exited for the locker room, where he reportedly underwent X-rays, which came back clean. He concludes the game with three points (0-4 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), one rebound, one assist and a steal in 18 minutes. If he is forced to miss time, Jake LaRavia and Dalton Knecht could see expanded roles.
