    Analysis

    Joe Flacco isn't the only reason the Bengals have new life. Their defense has shown modest progress under first-year coordinator Al Golden, who has benched vets like Cam Taylor-Britt and Logan Wilson at the expense of promising young players. After having to face Jared Goff, Jordan Love and Aaron Rodgers in succession, Cincy now will prepare for Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor. The winless Jets are dealing with injuries to Sauce Gardner (concussion), Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall. If Gardner can't play, look for another monster game from Ja'Marr Chase.

    Analysis

    The Browns are coming off a blowout win against the Dolphins, but they benefitted heavily from turnovers and didn't look as good running the ball as I expected when I backed them last week. With just 206 yards gained and 3.9 yards per play, I'm still making them one of the lowest teams in my power ratings. As such, they need to be catching at least a touchdown against a Pats team and quarterback that is playing well. I don't see this 6.5 lasting at DraftKings and wouldn't be surprised if this closed on the other side of 7.

    Analysis

    The Broncos won their fourth straight game thanks to a wild comeback, but they simply aren't playing well right now. The offense has struggled outside of the Bengals game and looked incapable of going downfield at all for seven quarters against the Jets and Giants before the comeback. That leaves a shaky Cowboys defense less prone to costing them this game. The Broncos defense is thought to be elite, but they've dominated broken offenses while giving up 26+ first downs to the Colts, Chargers and now Giants. The Cowboys have a top-tier offense capable of having similar success and covering in a shootout if needed or winning this game outright.

    Analysis

    It's the Aaron Rodgers revenge game as he faces the Packers for the first time, and he'll be up against a supposed Super Bowl contender that has underachieved over the last month. Since losing to the Browns, the only solid game by the Packers defense has been against a QB who had been on his team for days. The Packers offense may also continue to be inconsistent against a Steelers defense that's getting healthier and doesn't have to worry about facing Ja'Marr Chase this week. I think this line should probably be south of 3 and I couldn't justify it being higher with the Packers' recent play, so this is the time to jump on the Steelers.

    Analysis

    Generally not an early jumper on NFL, but I was definitely looking at this pro-Steelers right off the bat because Aaron Rodgers will be so fired up to light up the Packers like he's on an all-time ayahuasca trip. Bit surprised we got the hook this early in the week if not surprised overall that Pittsburgh is even getting a field goal at home unless I'm missing a TJ Watt injury or something (nope). Green Bay is 0-3 ATS away, one of three such winless clubs.
