Magic is one thing that can provide anyone bearing it the advantage in a fight.Marvel's Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Stephen Strange is considered to be the best in the business as far as the mystic arts are concerned and he can, quite easily, put the strongest of supervillains to the test with his creativity.

He can manipulate matter, time, and energy, along with the bonus of his neat little tricks. While Ultra Instinct Goku could overpower him in battle, Doctor Strange can easily send him in another dimension with a snap of his fingers.

Wanda Maximoff is another mutant who can give Ultra Instinct Goku a run for his money. Again, she isn't the strongest hand-to-hand combatant one would ever see, but her other superpowers are more than enough to fight anyone.

She practices Chaos Magic; a superpower that she gained from the demon Chthon. This Chaos Magic allows her to bend reality to her will, changing probabilityto make her extremely lucky. She's used it loads of times, most notably in theHouse of M storyline where she created a new world for herself.

At full power, Adam Warlock is capable of manipulating matter and reality around him. Though Goku has faced an enemy like that in Buu, they tend not to have Adam Warlock’s intelligence. After gaining his superpowers from a project called Perseus, Adam Brashear akaBlue Marvel became one of the strongest superheroes in his universe. He is a brilliant hand-to-hand combatant, he is invulnerable, he can do molecular manipulation, and can manipulate, absorb, and project energy.

He has done some incredible feats in the Marvel Universe, ranging from deflecting huge asteroids to producing antimatter. To be very clear, Ultra Instinct Goku might not be able to reach Blue Marvel's incredible potential in a lifetime.
