It seems like there's a new menu item atStarbucks every week now, one more elaborate than the last. And now there's news that the coffee chain added two new cold brew mocktails to the menu at its Seattle Roastery's Coffee Experience Bar.

First up is the Emerald City Mule, in homage to one of Seattle'snicknames, and it seems to be inspired by theMoscow Mule. It's made of Starbucks Reserve Cold Brew, ginger beer, burnt cinnamon syrup, and fresh lemon, topped off with an apple slice on the rim. There's also the Cascara Lemon Sour, which is inspired by the good ol'Whiskey Sour, according to fan-blogStarbucksMelody. The drink mixes Starbucks Reserve Cold Brew with Woodinville Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, and fresh lemon, garnished with Cascara sugar and a luxardo maraschino cherry.

They might becalled mocktails, but that doesn't mean they don't have the potential tobecome cocktails. If you're feeling crafty, we're just going to put ourguide for spiking your Starbucks drink right here.

This is not the first mocktail the Roastery has offered. It recently served a Manhattan-inspired drink called the Melrose: cold brew, bitters, and a maraschino cherry. Due to the drink's popularity, it even made appearances at other Starbucks locations across the U.S. The Roastery seems to be a hub for experimentation—it has offered other innovative treats, such asAffogato and theCascara Latte as of late.
