MUTINY WITHIN last year parted ways with drummerBill Fore and replaced him with "fellow Jerseyan"Chad Anthony.

The band was recently dropped byRoadrunner Records after releasing one album through the label. The group is currently seeking a new record company home.

The self-titled debut album fromMUTINY WITHIN landed at position No. 41 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
