This is thereleased version of chipseqDBData; for the devel version, seechipseqDBData.
Data for the chipseqDB Workflow
Bioconductor version: Release (3.22)
Sorted and indexed BAM files for ChIP-seq libraries, for use in the chipseqDB workflow. BAM indices are also included.
