Avicii’s Death Mourned by Calvin Harris, Marshmello, deadmau5 & More
The Swedish DJ was 28.
Swedish DJAvicii died Friday (April 20) at the age of 28, his publicist has confirmed toBillboard.
“He was found dead in Muscat, Oman this Friday afternoon local time, April 20th,” his publicist Diana Baron said in a statement. “The family is devastated and we ask everyone to please respect their need for privacy in this difficult time. No further statements will be given.”
Avicii’sdance music peers, and admirers, immediately took to Twitter to express their grief.
