When it comes to any artform, the details are everything. Now, Tinashe always pays attention to every last detail. Not only does the multi-platinum-certified R&B disruptor sing, write, and dance, but she also produces, mixes, engineers, creative directs, and edits. As a result, she blazes past any and all boundaries. “As an entertainer and a creative person, I feel limitless,” she asserts. “I don’t feel pressure to conform, because I don’t have to. I don’t sit around and wait for opportunities to fall out of the sky either. When I started making music, I took it upon myself to learn how to do everything. There are very few female producers and engineers. I want to represent that you can be part of each step in the process. In the more recent years, it’s been a discovery of all the things I can do. There’s a sense of boundlessness and fearlessness. I really developed my instincts, and I trust them.” Those instincts continue to serve her well. Co-mingling seductive R&B, edgy pop, and a nocturnal electronic sensibility, she emerged as a fascinating, focused, and fiery outlier in 2014 with her full-length debut Aquarius. Powered by the double-platinum smash “2 On” [feat. ScHoolboy Q], the album crashed the Top 20 of the Billboard Top 200 upon arrival before popping up on year-end lists by Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, Stereogum, The Guardian, Vulture, and so many more. Between touring alongside everyone from Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj to Maroon 5, she revved up the official mixtape Nightride. Rolling Stone and Fuse both proclaimed it among the “20 Best R&B Albums of 2016.” Along the way, she would grace the covers of Complex, V, Dazed, and Nylon in addition to turning up with unforgettable performances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Conan, and Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! Beyond an exclusive performance for Karl Lagerfeld, other partnerships include Alexander Wang, Calvin Klein, and M.A.C. Cosmetics, among others. Moreover, Juicy Couture sought her out to be the face of its exclusive Urban Outfitters collaboration. She’s quietly become a true muse for some of the world’s most influential tastemakers. “Fashion is just another level of expression,” elaborates Tinashe. “It’s a way I can tell my story, express myself, put on a show, or give a performance through what I’m wearing and how my hair and makeup are done. It’s all a part of the same storytelling process for me.” Right now, Tinashe is carefully preparing the next chapter of her own story—her 2018 sophomore album, Joyride. “This is the next phase,” she smiles. “I’ve had time to reflect, tap in, and master the vibe the way I want to. Amazing show. She served everything; Perfect vocals, choreography, stage presence, staging and crowd interaction. I flew from Croatia just for this concert and it was totally worth it. I just wish it was a bit longer than 1.2 hours, but oh well. I also got to meet her and she's the sweetest & coolest person ever.

Randomly buying tickets @730 was by far the decision. Anticipated energy, production, and love from the audience. Knew every song that played, crowd was amazing and sung along to every song. We definitely matched Tinashe’s freak. *chef kiss*

The Greek Theatre

Tinashe and her dancers put on a great performance!! Everything was amazing and you could tell everyone guinuinely had a good time!! I do wish the meet and greet was a little longer, however it did take place before the concert started, and the wait line was long so I understood. Definitely would go to see her again! My friends and I had so much of a good time we were tempted to go to Orlando the following day to see her again!.

Tinashe is an amazing performer. She put a lot of effort into this show and it was executed very well. I would absolutely recommend people go see her. If you're not a fan, you will be.

10/10 this was my 3rd time seeing her live and she just a BALL of energy. She’s always on point. The dancers are always on point. And the crowd is always so much fun to be apart of! If you’ve never seen her live, you definitely need to go!

Simply incredible 👏🏻 The way Tinashe involves and actively engages with the crowd combined with flawless singing by both her and preshow act Karl Benjamin made this the perfect night out.

It started a later than expected but bayyyyybeeee did Tinashe deliver! She went all out and gave a show that was more than worth it. The energy was amazing. I loved how she utilized the stage and had multi-level platforms, a band, and dancers. I’ve never seen that done at a medium sized venue like Terminal 5 since usually larger capacity venues have the space for all the extra stuff so it was definitely unique and different. I’m so glad I got to see Tinashe perform because she is a total star. Her dancers were spectacular and the band was straight vibing with the crowd. You can hear the careful artistry and craftsmanship that goes into her music and makes you appreciate it more. Also the pre-show DJ was real lit. I would 100% attend this show again!

the venue was beautiful and the concert was fantastic, but my only complaint is that even though doors were supposed to open at 8, general admission ended up actually going into the venue ad settling around 10 minutes before the show started

I loved every minute of it. The ambience, performance was off the chain. All my friends got wasted, loved the club and I drank a little but my Friday was well spent!!!

Tinashe was amazing! From the dancing to the singing she was wonderful! I also got Meet and Greet passes so I got to meet her too! Anyone who appreciates a good performer needs to see this show.

Tinashe is an AMAZING performer!! Her voice is great live and she can dance. She did her thing at this show. She got the crowd really excited even though there is still drama with the album she is supporting not being out yet (which is not her fault, but her label's). My only critique is that the show was a little short, but if her label would release her album, the setlist would obviously be a bit longer.

Tinashé was AMAZING, they had sound issues so she came out later than expected but it worth the wait! She puts on an incredible show for her fans, I had the honor of meeting her as well! She's so sweet me very humble, she gave a touching speak thanking her fans for the love and support, been a sweet tee for such a long time and if you're just finding out who she is I recommend you go see her live!
