Mayor Scott, D.C. United push for Baltimore soccer stadium, pro teams

Officials say that funding discussions are underway with city and state leaders

D.C. United CEO Jason Levien said the project has moved into funding discussions with state and city lawmakers. Ex-NBA star Carmelo Anthony, who grew up in Baltimore, is also involved.
