Taneytown mayor vows ‘aggressive’ push to build bypass around city

"This isn't about stopping development, necessarily. This is about trying to get everyone back to the table so we can secure the easements needed for that bypass," Taneytown Mayor Chris Miller said, about a proposed development deferral.
