Meditation sessions usually include two 25-minute seated meditations, with a short walking meditation between, followed by a brief talk by the teacher. On Monday evenings there is a single 25-minute meditation period, followed by a book club discussion. Feel free to join one or both. Details on the readings for book club can be found in thecalendar
