(1) The Commissioner is to be paid such remuneration as isdetermined by the Remuneration Tribunal, but if nodetermination of thatremuneration by the Remuneration Tribunal is in operation, the Commissioner isto be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.
(2) The Commissioner is to be paid such allowances as areprescribed.
(3) This section has effect subject to theRemuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
