Since 1998, the judgments are as released by the Court. Earliercases have been provided by Thomsons Legal & Regulatory (1903-1947) and the discontinued Commonwealth Attorney-General's service - SCALE (1948-1997). These older judgments consist of the text from the Commonwealth Law Reports or other Reports sometimes without headnotes, catchwords or parts of the hearing details that are subject to commercial copyright. From 1903 to 1952, the 'Download' link provides an option to download the CLR facsimile of the case.
