Our Team Anywhere approach
Distributed first
We default to virtual meetings and place emphasis on asynchronous communications. This way of working levels the playing field for all Atlassians; wherever they’re working and whatever timezone they’re in.
Flexible location
Want to work from a different place this summer? Go for it! You can stay and work outside your designated “work location” for a set period of time each year. The majority of Atlassians can work from anywhere aside from a few strategic roles.
Relocation options
Atlassians are able to work from anywhere where we have a legal entity, as long as they have working rights to live there, timezone compatibility for their role, and approval and support from their leadership team.
