The Stitch is a transformational civic infrastructure investment needed to reconnect Downtown and Midtown Atlanta. Once implemented, the Stitch will create approximately 17 acres of urbangreenspace and transportation enhancements atop a new, 3⁄4-mile platformspanning the Downtown Connectorbetween Ted Turner Drive and PiedmontAvenue. The aim of the Stitch is to advance the revitalization of north Downtown through enhanced access to housing, low-cost transportation, jobs, and community resources.

As a catalyst for new development, The Stitch can provide billions of dollars in value creation and generate over $50 million in new revenue.
