The store is located at 75 Rockefeller Plaza on W 51st Street. There are two entrances. The first is on 51st street at the north end of Rockefeller Plaza, a block north of the skating rink. The other entrance is on 52nd street across from 21 Club. This is the closest entrance to the salon. There are two levels of shopping. The upper level also has the salon, Julie's Groovy World, and Styled by You. The lower level includes personal shopping, guest services, the Care Center, and café.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Samsung Mobile Pay.

We hope that you and your girl love your purchase from American Girl. If for any reason you don't, we'll try to find a way to make it right with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund for purchases within 90 days. Be assured we'll do our very best to take care of you, but from time to time, we will not accommodate a return.

You may return or exchange your item(s) at any American Girl store location. We only accept returns of products purchased directly from American Girl, either online or at an American Girl store. Please return all other products to the original place of purchase. All returns are monitored and may be limited. A merchandise credit will be issued if the purchase cannot be verified.

A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, current list price, or prorated price depending on the item(s) returned. We reserve the right to assess the value of items returned.

Create Your Own Dolls and Garments, dolls with ear piercing, and shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.Items designated as "final sale" cannot be returned.

American Girl will accept returns and exchanges on any item within the Janie and Jack Collection for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

The parking lot and entrance to the store are both wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator in the store and all restrooms are accessible. There is also wheelchair-accessible seating in the restaurant.

Reservations are not required to dine in our café. However, if you would like to secure a time, you can make reservations on this page. We often fill to capacity during lunch.

Some of these experiences require a reservation, so we do recommend checking before visiting.
