The three-disc pre-cursor to Prydz's debut studio album. Disc 1 is made up of new unreleased productions from the DJ's label Pryda, which some fans may have heard as works in progress (including Shadows, Agag, Mighty Love and Allein). Discs 2 and 3 bring together many of the classic tracks from the Pryda catalogue, sequenced and mixed by Eric himself, and including some of his special re-edits. Pryda has become a genre-defining stable and is one of the most successful and influential dance labels in the world. This compilation album rounds up an incredible chapter in Eric’s career so far, laying the foundations for the next exciting phase.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 June 201210 years in the making this collection was guaranteed to be 5 star before disc 1 (the album) was even written. Most big name DJs shell out compilations at the rate of 1 or 2 a year, but despite huge demand Eric refused until now. Discs 2 & 3 are the highlights of his incredible production career which circles the genre of House music with relentless quality, patience and euphoria to such an extend that there could and should have been a disc 4!
Prydz's image is a complicated one having had 3 big chart hits (Call On Me, Proper Education & Pjanoo), but only a recent edit of Pjanoo is allowed into the reckoning here. His commitment to the underground sound of house is shown by classics Armed, Aftermath & the hypnotic Emos, while recent monster club hits M.S.B.O.Y., 2Night & Mirage ensure a relentless euphoric finish to disc 3.
As for the new album its more of the same with some fine progressive working with ventures into electro and to be honest the deeper shades of dare i say it Trance. 'You' & 'SW4' are belters, but there isn't a weak track on display, with the ecstasy moment being what promises to be one of the summers biggest records 'Allein' which has been bubbling around for some time, but Prydz is the master of knowing when to make a release.
Pigeon holing this collection of music doesn't do it credit. It is indeed the fact that so many of Prydz's records fall between genres that give him his identity. There is however no doubting that he is one of the greatest producers of club music melodys who has ever graced the decks. Miss this at your peril, Prydz is unlike compatriots Guetta, Tiesto & Co underated and would be a bigger household name if he didnt suffer from fear of flying, but if you get the chance dont just buy this album, pay a visit to see him and his EPIC show, especially his August dates for Together @ Amnesia in Ibiza. - Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 October 2013I really can't get enough of this record. Every time I listen to it, I manage to hear something new, mostly brilliant I might add. The number of tracks varies from the CDs to the mp3 download, the later having a wider number of tracks. But as I got it with an offer of buying the record on mp3 and receive the CDs as extra, I would recommend to just do that. About any negative reviews this item might have: they cannot be related to the author or his music in this production, as many of the tracks have been influential in the EDM movement and most of them have been used by the artist himself in his epic live performances. And that means quality. So if you bought or are thinking to buy this CD is because you like Pryda's style. And this record sweats of Eric Prydz.
Additionally, the delivery arrived even before I was expecting it, so no problems there either.

Whats great about the tracks is that they are really long, which makes me feel like I'm getting more for my money!
Personally I love this kind of music when Im driving long distance, just get in the car and let Pryda take you through the journey!

Never one to follow the crowd or play the lowest common denominator rubbish like some of his peers, Eric Prydz is truly an artist to treasure!
So many fantastic tunes on here that remind me of all the times I have seen his exhilarating live shows. Wenn man Musik liebt ganz egal welches Genre, kommt man an Pryda nicht vorbei. Eric Prydz präsentiert hier seinen Alter-Ego Pryda einem breiteren Publikum. Neben dem Album (Disc 1) bekommt man noch weitere Tonträger mit älteren Klassikern geliefert. Pryda zeichnet sich durch einzigartige progressive Klänge aus. Dabei bewegen sich die Musikstücke zwischen euphorisch, entspannend und treibend. Man muss sich unbedingt Zeit nehmen um die Musikstücke auf sich wirken zu lassen. Wer die heutige Musik gewohnt ist, viele Highlights, möglichst viel Action, wird hier Mühe haben. I've been listening to this amazing man's great body of work since his Call On Me days & he has never failed to impress me... Was fortunate enough to catch him live @VH1 Supersonic 2018 and it's After Dark party in Pune. It was a dream come true.
Although I had the digital version of the album but owning a physical copy is a differnt feel altogether :)

CD 1 has individual tracks and the remaining 2 discs are Eric's mix recorded for this album.
Love the YOU(interlude) & the way it builds up to PAJANOO on disc 1
My favourite part on disc 2 is the way he transitions from 'RAKFUNK to EUROPA'.. & from 'MURANYI to 1983' ..Sheer class!!
Disc 3 : I can never get enough of RYMD.
If you love dance music and have been tripping on house music then if the album shows 'available' don't think twice JUST GO FOR IT.
