Sally Kirkland received Golden Globe and Independent Spirit Awards, and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress, for her performance in Anna.
She appeared in The Player, A Star is Born, Blazing Saddles, and The Sting, and in more than 250 film and television productions during her 60-year career.
