Israeli attacks across Gaza have continued to kill Palestinians, despite an ongoing ceasefire.
Here are the latest casualty figures from the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, tracking the casualties from October 7, 2023 through November 20, 2025:

The number of those killed includes:
- 463 killed due to starvation, including 157 children
According to UN estimates, more than 1 million people are still living in makeshift sites across Gaza with limited access to assistance, and facing increasingly difficult conditions as winter approaches.
Only a trickle of aid trucks are entering Gaza, despite the 600-truck-per-day target set forth in the ceasefire agreement.
