• Bowna Park Drive–Seal has been placed with line marking and guideposts left to complete.
• Bishops Walk Footpath – Project is now complete.
• Abercorn & Townsend Streets –Pavement works are ongoing.
• Spray Seal–Works are currently being undertaken across the city.
• Perryman Lane –Excavation works are ongoing with bridge works commencing.
• Sarvaas Park Building Upgrade –Fit-out in final stages.
• Taxiway Charlie Extension–Cement treated crushed rock layer complete. Base layer now underway.
• Water Treatment Plant A Media Replacement–Filter nozzle replacement is now complete. Blower is commissioned, Bubble test to commence next week.
• Lauren Jackson Sports Centre Redevelopment Stage 1 Construction–Erection of structural steel to the extensions is near completion, internal stud walls and Hydraulic rough in commenced.
• Southern Valley Side Liner Extension – Now complete. New Storm water diversion under construction.
• Footpath Construction– Footpath construction in Feathertop Circuit and Grandview Terrace is now complete. Saville is nearing completion. Pearsall street has now started.
• Holmwood Cross Open Drain Reconstruction–Demolition of existing drain and construction of the new concrete drain is now approximately 70%.
• Road Resealing–Works are ongoing across the city with line marking commencing on the newly resealed roads.
