Ultra eXtended Graphics Array, orUXGA, is a computer display standard that defines a resolution of1600x1200 pixels, which also four times the screen resolution of SVGA of 800x600. It is an advancement on theSuper eXtended Graphics Array Plus (SXGA+)standard, which offers a resolution of 1400x1050 pixels. There are, however, other resolutions that exist in between both.
UXGA is common among 21"LCD andCRT displays and also of some 15-inch laptop monitors. It's widescreen varient isWUXGA.
