1000xRESIST is a revolution in storytelling, forged by the things that have shaped our lives, and in turn, one that shows us what it takes to shape our future.
It’s one of the best stories in the medium, one of the best games this year, and one of the best games I’ve ever played.
I can tell you that 1000xRESIST potentially sits atop what I’ve encountered in my life, and I don’t know that it’ll ever be dethroned.
I’ve never experienced a change of perspective like this before. I doubt that I will ever again.
You may put the game down for a moment, intending to do something like eat or sleep, but you won’t stop thinking about it.
...it's also an extraordinary piece of work – one that places diasporic trauma front and centre in all its ugly glory.
