TheRangari, also called the "Eyes of the Prophet",[1] are a group ofdraeneiscouts andrangers who silently stalk the farthest corners ofDraenor. Their role in draenei society is mostly to gather valuable intelligence about the lay of the land, in order to use it for their advantage.
The organization is led byExarch Naielle. One of their enclaves is located in the city ofElodor inShadowmoon Valley.
In the main universe the Rangari survived thegenocide of the draenei and are still active on Azeroth.[2] It is unknown if Naielle still leads them or not.
Activities[]
Early on, the Rangari learned from theLaughing Skulls thatpodlings hate fire.[3] TheRangari Refuge inTanaan Jungle houses several Laughing Skull refugees and guards, which indicates that the two factions may still be close.
The Rangari draenei are seen across Draenor's locations, such as the jungles ofGorgrond, theIron Docks, andNagrand. The forces also appeared inTanaan Jungle, stationed inRangari Refuge. Some scouts have been imprisoned in theHellfire Citadel but were rescued when theadventurers raided the place.
