False Positives

    We have a credit card payments page which uses a Gravity Form to collect payments and we have Gravity Forms configured to use Akismet. Some legitimate entries are being blocked by Akismet. Customers email saying they are unable to make a payment and we find all their attempts in the spam folder.

  • I checked the logs and found one user who was caught as a false positive in the last week and made some adjustments to prevent that false positive from occurring again. Let me know if you run into this problem again.
