AIBM (AI Building Modeling) - is artificial intelligence (AI), which is able to generate building models according to specified parameters, at this stage - based on a parallelepiped. It is also possible to design the interior of the building. AIBM is portable and works without installation. The procedural generation of AIBM is highly optimized. As a result, the consumption of computational resources is reduced and the speed of model building is greatly increased.


Currently, architectural projects are becoming more complex and larger. The use of 3D editors in architectural design has become too long, laborious and expensive. In our opinion, the solution to the problem can be the introduction of procedural generation of artificial intelligence into this process. This would save the artist from routine work, reduce development time and, as a result, money costs.
The proposed AIBM program combines both generation and AI, therefore, it gives architects an effective tool.


Also, stairs on the floors are not currently available. Don't worry, we are already working on this!
Anything you create with this tool is obviously all yours (even for commercial use).

AIBM 2021 is DRM-free, which means using the program requires no internet connection and you can create unlimited local back-ups or share the software between multiple of your computers. This also means however that we can't revoke access, refunds are only offered when the software doesn't work as intended. Please see the Itch.io terms of service for more information.
1. Run the program
2. Launch the workspace through the "start" button in the menu
3. Set up the generation of the building through the parameters: "building size", "number of storeys", "roof visibility", "division into rooms", "window installation", "interior installation", etc. * To avoid errors and freezes of the program, at the moment export is possible only without the interior, since the models have a large number of polygons.
4.Click on the export button in the left menu. We are waiting for the completion of the export.
5. After export (the loading icon will disappear), the model will be used in (AIBM 2021 by Wiskered \ AIBM 2021 by Wiskered_Data \ StreamingAssets \) with the names "Home" and "Seed Generation".
Demo version of the program is available for free download, with watermarks and no export option.

It does not work for me either. I click export and the little loading circle comes up for a while, then it goes away. There still is no streaming assets folder, just Managed and Resources.
Ok, I got it to work. I had to disable "place props" and then it exported like it should, but the material does not seem to be applied.

We're glad you made it.I'm sorry there are so many problems with our instruments. Now we put all our strength into our main project HORDBRUN. Because of this, there is absolutely no time to continue developing our past tools. While we are trying not to be distracted by this.
I hope you understand our situation :)
So I bought it, the complete pack with 3 of your programs. I can't choose the folder for OBJ export, there is no build-in FAQ that says where the files are stored, there are still no stairs for the next levels, and the BASIC version can not use SEEDs? I like the idea of your tools, but to make them useful, they have to work. Better then Blender, and easier then programming it myself. So I support you. I wish you will invest some time into that tool. Also the menus are not easy to read and have some problems on a 27" QHD display. The navigation with WASD is also a bit odd. Documentation says nothing about the export. So can I use it for games, architecture or anything? I would love to. So please help me out and release an update for your great product with some easy steps, so I don't have to watch and search for tutorials on YouTube. OBJ export was a year ago, is it fixed?

We are currently working on the next update 0.046. Also, stairs on the floors are not currently available. Don't worry, we are already working on this!

Future improvements and updates:
1. To make the generated buildings and interiors look more diverse, in the future it is planned to create a library of components on the Internet: models, materials and styles of the workspace, which users can replenish themselves.
2. In the future, it is planned to add the ability to create callouts for comments to objects and building elements.
3. The program has the ability to set the priority of the types and number of rooms, their area, interior elements, materials used. In the long term - to make them available to the user.
4. The user needs the ability to change the already generated individual building components, which is also supposed to be added.
5. Another possibility that is almost available to the user is the creation of complexes (groups of buildings on the same plane).
6. The next suggested possibility is the simultaneous launch of multiple generations.
7. You will also need to save the generation history.
8. It is supposed to add a VR-viewing mode "from the first person".
9. In the next update, the export of models in OBJ format will be available!
