Stage of the Partners Who Shook the Heavens is aBattle Stage that appears inKirby Fighters 2. It serves as the setting of the battle againstWaning Crescent Masked Dedede & Waxing Crescent Masked Meta Knight at the end of the final chapter ofStory Mode: The Destined Rivals after which it is unlocked for use in regular battles. It is one of two Battle Stages, the other being theStage of Destined Rivals, which are not based on locations from previousKirby games.

Layout[edit]

The Stage of the Partners is a completely flat stage with no obstacles or stage hazards. It is decently large in size, allowing a fair amount of room for maneuvering.

The stage takes place at the Buddy Fighters Tower summit, and features two giant statues in the background ofKing Dedede andMeta Knight. It is nearly identical in look and layout to theStage of Destined Rivals.

Unlock requirements[edit]

In order to unlock this stage for use in regular battles, the player must complete the final chapter ofStory Mode: The Destined Rivals. This will also unlock the secret song for the stage.
