"Rest Area"[2], also known as"Rest Spot"[3], is a musical track that first appeared in theRest Areas ofKirby Super Star. It is a slower-paced variant of "Float Islands" based on its second section.

Kirby Super Star /Kirby Super Star Ultra[edit]

InKirby Super Star and itsremake, the theme plays in theRest Area fromThe Great Cave Offensive, as well as in the secret??? planet inMilky Way Wishes, and inKirby Super Star Ultra exclusively, this track also serves as the music for the file select screen, as well as The Arena's rest area and the checkpoints in-betweenMeta Knightmare Ultra levels.
Super Smash Bros. series[edit]
An arrangement of "Rest Area" titled"All-Star Intro" plays in theAll-Star Rest Area ofSuper Smash Bros. Melee, which is only accessible in theAll-Star Mode in-between battles.
The track was released on CD in the game's official albumSmashing...Live!, as part of the "Original Medley" under Track 5. It returns inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate under the name "All Star Intro".

Kirby's Return to Dream Land /Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe[edit]
InKirby's Return to Dream Land and itsremake, a rearrangement of "Rest Area" named"Taking a Break"[4] plays in the Copy Ability selection room ofThe Arena and on the Game Over screen forThe True Arena. It can also be found as music 98 in the original Wii version'sSound Test and as track 162 in the remake's Jukebox.
Kirby: Triple Deluxe[edit]
TheKirby: Triple Deluxe, another rearrangement of "Rest Area" named"Select a File!" on theKirby: Planet Robobot Original Soundtrack plays in the file selection section, with a high-pitched mandolin and flute in the lead. It is arranged byHirokazu Ando and can be found in theJukebox as track 3.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse[edit]
An arrangement of "Rest Area" with a faster tempo can be unlocked as track 27 for the game'sMusic Room inBack to the Battleship.
Kirby: Planet Robobot[edit]
InKirby: Planet Robobot, "Select a File!" fromKirby: Triple Deluxe is reused, serving the same purpose, and can be found as track 003 in theJukebox. A new arrangement of the theme titled"StreetPass wins / True" can be heard when viewing the player's best scores fromThe True Arena, accessible as track 144 in the Jukebox.

A live orchestra arrangement of "All-Star Intro" fromSuper Smash Bros. Melee is featured onSmashing...Live! as part of the "Original Medley", which is a medley of originalSuper Smash Bros. compositions (despite "All-Star Intro" being an arrangement of aKirby theme).
