| “ | Steer clear of any Pricklebats too. Their spikes are savage, so do your best to avoid them while aiming for Buzzybat. | ” | — Daroach, inKirby Mass Attack |
Pricklebat is anenemy fromKirby Mass Attack. It appears only during the fight withBuzzybat, and serves as a thorny shield for the smallmid-boss. Pricklebat cannot be defeated, and should be avoided at all costs.
Pricklebat comes in two different sizes, which affects the distance at which it can prickKirby. Several of them orbit Buzzybat during the last couple phases of the fight, making it difficult for Kirby to strike the Mid-Boss without getting hurt. Once Buzzybat is latched onto by a single Kirby, however, all Pricklebats will immediately vanish.
